Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any paid course, consultation, report, or digital service.By making a purchase from Cossmic Path, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
1. Free Workshops
Our free workshops, including the 10-Day Free Personal Numerology Workshop, do not require a participation fee. Therefore, no refund is applicable to free workshops
2. Paid Courses and Programs
Fees paid for online courses, training programs, or educational programs are generally non-refundable once the course or program has started or access to course content has been provided.We encourage you to review all available course details carefully before making a purchase.
3. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
Due to the nature of digital products, payments made for downloadable PDFs, reports, recordings, worksheets, digital resources, or similar materials are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or access has been provided.
4. Personalized Numerology Consultations and Reports
Fees paid for personalized Numerology consultations, customized reports, name analysis, or other individualized services are non-refundable once the analysis or preparation of the service has begun.This is because personalized services require time and work specifically for the individual client.
5. Consultation Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, you may request rescheduling by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.Rescheduling is subject to availability.Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in the consultation being considered completed, and no refund will be provided.
6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact us with the relevant payment details.After verification, any confirmed duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the processing timelines of the payment provider.
7. Cancellation by Cossmic Path
If a paid course, consultation, or service is cancelled by Cossmic Path and an alternative date or equivalent service cannot be provided, eligible participants may be offered a rescheduled service, course credit, or an applicable refund.
8. Technical Issues
If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing a paid digital product or course, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an alternative method of delivery.
A technical issue that can be resolved by restoring access will generally not qualify for a refund.
9. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. The time required for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.
